Howlo supplies quality products to ensure your peace of mind.

You have 14 days to return any unopened, unused products in their original sellable condition.

We will gladly exchange or refund products provided that:

  • The return date is within 14 days of purchase.
  • You have valid proof of purchase (invoice) from Howlo.
  • Goods must be in their original sellable condition and packaging.
  • Goods must be returned to Howlo offices in Midrand.

Refunds

Once Howlo have assessed a returned item and approved a refund, you will receive your money back in the same manner in which you purchased it from Howlo:

  • Credit note
  • Electronic transfer directly into your account (5 to 7 days)
  • Cash (if the original payment was made in cash)
  • Credit card (by reversal back to your credit card and subject to banking delays)

Howlo will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the delivery fee as the amount goes to the courier service. Please note: we do not deliver. (we use a 3rd party courier delivery service)

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection.

Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before installing as no claims will be accepted after installation.
